My stay was incredibly disappointing marked by a series of service failures and poor room conditions. The rooms, despite looking nice, had a significant pest issue which made it unbearable. The location was convenient for attending a nearby event, but the customer service experience was severely lacking, making me feel unwelcome. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short distance from all the shopping and restaurants I wanted to visit.
